Gorey Bypass Opened for Half Julianstown traffic volume

Yet another town bypassed for a fraction of the traffic volume in Julianstown. We are at 22,000 vehicles per day and climbing. Plans are afoot to build housing exceeding twice the population of Ashbourne within a couple of miles.
When is something going to be done?
